The STEM education specialists cooperate with the shared meaningful goals of advancing their teaching practices and improving education. Face-to-face training/coaching sessions and presentations in mixed groups shall allow colleagues to communicate, work on educational tasks, review practices, design lesson plans and discuss together application of educational technology in their educational institutions; study visits and engagement to the group activities offline and online, educators shall gain the first-hand knowledge of the professional practices of Estonia, Finland, Belarus, and each other, discuss methodological issues and brainstorm new opportunities.
