Creating income opportunities for young women in Georgia through coding and digital skills development

The consortium members involved in the project, led by the Innovation Education Foundation, trained 120 women from western Georgia in basic web development and social media marketing. Those who successfully completed the training courses underwent paid internships in various Georgian companies. More than twenty follow-up activities were also conducted during the project with the participation of beneficiaries, trainers, mentors and company representatives.
